Sometimes life can be tough. We have our everyday challenges...and then there are the bigger ones. Seeking help is a sign of courage, because it can be a difficult and, honestly scary step. Change is scary! My approach is non-judgmental...you are the client and I work to help you in the best way I can. I focus on my clients' individual situations and work with them to find answers they need to live healthy and productive lives. My goal is to help empower my clients to use their individual strengths. I use an eclectic approach, which can include cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, object relations and DBT techniques. I am also an art therapist, and I incorporate creative expression when appropriate. I may use one or all of these approaches with you. I believe treatment is a journey that we take together, the ultimate end result being you walk your own unique path with tools you need to be healthy and happy.
